How to make a reservation for a room/apartment?

You can book a room or an apartment using two ways.
The first way is to fill in the contact form and state the period during which you would like to book the room/apartment. We will receive your order and will contact you to confirm the reservation.
The second way is to contact as on telephone 0888 218 461 or 058 602 300 and you will be able to immediately book a room or an apartment.


Do you make discounts for accommodation for several nights?

Upon staying over 5 nights you receive a discount in the amount of 10%. The discount for staying from 3 to 5 nights is 5%.


At what time is the accommodation and leaving of a room/apartment?

You will be accommodated in your room/apartment at 14:00 o’clock.
Leaving of rooms/apartments is at 12:00 o’clock.


Does the accommodation price include meals?

In the accommodation price no breakfast. The restaurant of the Hotel Complex Residence offers meals depending on the type of accommodation:

- BB ( Breakfast )
- HB (Halfboard) – breakfast and dinner – BGN 10;
 -FB (Full Board) – breakfast, lunch and dinner – BGN 15.


I have a little child, what is the accommodation price?

Accommodation is free of charge for children below 2 years of age.


Is there a playground at the hotel?

For the little guests of Hotel Complex Residence there is an open playground with swings and slides at complex’s park.


What are the consumables in the bathrooms?

The bathroom and the restroom have small, medium and large bath towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

You can cancel your reservation 3 days prior to accommodation at the hotel.

The maid service we offer is change of sheets (every three days), cleaning – daily, change of towels – upon guest’s request, laundry and ironing.


What kind of currency do you accept?

Hotel’s reception accepts Bulgarian leva (BGN).
